Community Guidelines

Crimson's community exists to support thoughtful Scripture engagement and genuine spiritual growth. These guidelines explain the behavior and content expected in shared spaces.

1. Treat people with dignity

Disagreement is allowed; harassment is not. Do not threaten, bully, stalk, shame, demean, or target people based on protected characteristics, faith tradition, identity, vulnerability, or personal circumstances.

2. Prohibited content

  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexualization of minors, grooming, or any CSAM-related content or conduct.
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate material, sexual solicitation, or exploitation.
  • Credible threats, encouragement of violence, praise for violent extremist activity, or instructions intended to cause harm.
  • Hate speech, targeted harassment, bullying, stalking, doxxing, or disclosure of another person's private information.
  • Fraud, scams, impersonation, malicious links, spam, unauthorized commercial solicitation, or attempts to compromise accounts.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  • Content that promotes self-harm or suicide in an instructional, celebratory, or exploitative way. Compassionate support and recovery-oriented discussion are welcome.
  • Any content or activity that violates applicable law or is intended to evade moderation or enforcement.

3. Share responsibly

Only share content you have the right to share. Protect personal information, especially information about children or vulnerable people. Do not post private conversations, contact details, precise locations, financial information, or identifying records without authorization.

4. Report and block

Supported posts, comments, and replies include tools to report content and block abusive users. Reports are reviewed for safety and policy enforcement. Do not misuse reporting tools to intimidate others or suppress good-faith disagreement.

Blocking is a personal safety tool. It removes supported content from your views and may end follow relationships. It does not replace contacting emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.

5. Enforcement

Depending on severity, history, and context, Crimson may limit content visibility, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or notify appropriate authorities. Immediate action may be taken where there is a credible safety risk.

If you believe an enforcement decision was mistaken, contact crimsonappco@gmail.com from the email associated with your account and include enough information to identify the decision.

6. Child safety

Crimson maintains separate, public standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation. Those standards are part of these Community Guidelines and apply to every shared space.
